The rooms were clean and had a nice ambience. The hotel provided unexpected gifts, which made us happy. The location was great, away from the crowded Ooty town.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. They are always ready to assist and make your stay comfortable. Despite being a budget-friendly option, the rooms at this hotel are spacious and well-maintained. The basic amenities provided are sufficient for a pleasant stay. The breakfast included in the package offers a decent selection, although it may not have a wide variety. However, the breakfast does include some delicious regional specialties.

The hotel could improve in terms of providing more variety in their breakfast options.

We loved the peaceful location of the hotel away from the congested city center. It was easily accessible to the golf course and in close proximity to transportation. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the owner who arranged food for our baby late at night. The hotel facilities were good, and the attached KE's restaurant provided delicious meals.

Our thanksgiving stay was memorable! the rooms were creatively decorated and spotless, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us. the location was perfect for visiting the nearby attractions and enjoying the scenic beauty.

The only downside we experienced was the inconvenience of not being able to use our credit cards due to a malfunctioning credit card machine. It would have been helpful to have been informed of the issue beforehand, as we had to withdraw cash from an ATM.

Had a great Xmas stay! The hotel offered comfortable rooms and a complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed the hot water and tea and coffee-making facilities in our room. The location was excellent and within walking distance to local attractions. Best of all, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We did experience outside noise due to the location of the room and there was no provision for room heaters. the hot water supply was limited to a specific time.
